By accessing or using OgenSync Files, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
OgenSync Files provides image processing, storage, and delivery services. We offer features including image transformation, CDN delivery, and API access for developers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree not to upload, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Token purchases are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
You retain all rights to your uploaded content. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and deliver your content as part of our services.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
OgenSync Files shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
